Frawn Morgan

Ms. Morgan joined the board of directors in January 2021.

She recently retired as Chief Executive of LDC Advisors, LLC.  She is a real estate development and advisory professional who has been responsible during the last 25 years for more than $10 billion of real assets owned by institutional investors including private equity and public pension funds.

Ms. Morgan has multiple masters degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Northeastern University in Boston, MA, as well as a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern.  She is a member of the Urban Land Institute’s Women’s Leadership Initiative, the Women’s Housing Leadership Group, the National Association of Women in Real Estate Businesses, and The American Psychological Association.
