Brett A. Brown is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Tejon Ranch Co. Brown joined the Company in 2023. He has more than 30 years experience in the real estate industry and, prior to joining Tejon Ranch, he was executive vice president and chief financial offer at Alexander & Baldwin, Honolulu, HI. Brown graduated with a bachelor of science degree in accountancy with a major in accounting from Northern Illinois University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
