Andrew Dakos

Mr. Dakos is a Principal and Partner in Bulldog Investors, LLP, an SEC-registered investment adviser. Mr. Dakos co-manages Bulldog Investors’ investment strategy. Mr. Dakos currently serves as a director/trustee of Special Opportunities Fund, Inc., High Income Securities Fund, Total Return Securities Fund, and Brookfield DTLA Fund Office Trust Investor Inc. and has previously served on the boards of various public companies.  He also serves as President of Special Opportunities Fund, Inc. 

Mr. Dakos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
