Enhancing Life at Terra Vista at Tejon

As announced in January, Tejon Ranch Co. has begun construction on Terra Vista at Tejon, a new multi-family apartment community located adjacent to the Outlets at Tejon within the Company’s Tejon Ranch Commerce Center (TRCC). Terra Vista at Tejon represents the Company’s first residential development and marks its evolution into a fully integrated real estate development organization.

Terra Vista at Tejon’s first phase includes 228 units, consisting of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment homes. Upon completion, the community will offer up to 495 units, providing a safe, comfortable, and beautiful living environment.

The mission of Terra Vista at Tejon is to create a thriving residential community at Tejon Ranch. These apartments will offer a high quality of life for nearby workers and those looking to grow within a new, vibrant community.
