Experience Tejon Ranch

We offer a number of ways you can experience the land, legacy and lifestyle that is Tejon Ranch.

You can join one of our hunting clubs, take a trail ride across Tejon’s remarkable landscape, hike one of our hundreds of miles of trails, learn more about the conservation of Tejon Ranch, see the stars away from the glare of city lights, pick up fresh produce at a farmer’s market while you shop the Outlets at Tejon, and so much more.  Check out our membership options and our calendar of events for all the opportunities you have to experience Tejon Ranch.  We hope to see you soon!

The Ranch works closely with California’s Department of Fish and Game to enhance the balance between wildlife populations through a carefully managed hunting program.  As part of its Private Lands Wildlife Management License, the Ranch sets the hunting seasons, the harvest limits, ages of animals to be harvested, and the number of hunting licenses issued.

The High Desert Hunt Club at Tejon Ranch is southern California’s premier upland bird hunting club. Located about an hour north of Los Angeles and 45 minutes south of Bakersfield, the High Desert Hunt Club offers over 6,400 acres and 35 Hunting fields, each field providing different terrain and challenges. Members and guests can enjoy great bird hunting and the comforts of the lodge headquarters, the historic Beale summer home.

Public access to Tejon Ranch is a fundamental priority of the Tejon Ranch Conservancy.  The Conservancy strongly believes that as members of the public experience the extraordinary natural riches of the Ranch, their understanding of and investment in conservation will deepen.

From community hikes and drives, to student and volunteer programs, there are many opportunities to explore and experience Tejon Ranch.
