Gregory Medeiros is responsible for the planning, design and management of Centennial, a proposed master planned new town that will bring needed housing, jobs and services to northern Los Angeles County.
Mr. Medeiros has been active in large-scale community development since the mid-1980s. Before joining with Tejon Ranch Co. to oversee the development of Centennial, he was Senior Vice President for the Newhall Land and Farming Company overseeing all residential and commercial entitlements for the new town of Valencia, California. Mr. Medeiros began his career with the County of Los Angeles, working at both the Department of Regional Planning and Department of Public Works
A registered civil engineer, Mr. Medeiros is a Fellow of the Institute for the Advancement of Engineering. He holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering and a BS degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine.
