Eileen Reynolds is the Vice President for Government Affairs at Tejon Ranch Company. Based in Sacramento, Reynolds manages the company’s political advocacy efforts in Sacramento and Washington, DC. She joined the Tejon Executive Team at the beginning of 2005.
Prior to joining Tejon Ranch Company, Reynolds served for 19 years at the California Association of REALTORS®, the largest professional state trade association in the nation. She was the REALTORS®’ land use and environmental lobbyist, representing its members in the state legislature and at several boards and commissions.
Reynolds is the Immediate Past Chairperson of the California Building Industry Association (CBIA), where she is also a member of the Government Affairs Committee (former chair), Political Action Committee, Executive Committee and Board of Directors. She is an active director of the California Business Properties Association (CBPA), board member of Valley Clean Air Now (CAN), and president of the federal-level Foundation for Environmental and Economic Progress (FEEP).
A native Californian, Reynolds is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, where she received a bachelor’s degree in conservation and resource studies with emphasis in environmental and land use policy. She is a former president and current member of Capitol Network, a member of California Women Lead, an alumnae of the Leadership California program (Class of 2012), and a board member of the 24-county American Red Cross Gold Country Region. She has lived and worked in the Sacramento area since 1986.
