Allen E. Lyda has been Vice President – Finance for Tejon Ranch Company since 1990. Prior to coming to the Tejon Ranch Company, he was the senior vice president and controller of American National Bank in Bakersfield and prior to that was the Controller of Central Bank and Trust in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Lyda graduated with a B.S. in business with
a major in accounting from the University of Tulsa, received a MBA from California State University, Bakersfield, and is a graduate of Stanford University’s Financial Management Program. Lyda is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma State Board of Public Accountancy.
